Case Studies
Real engagements. Real frameworks applied. Real outcomes.
From a Fortune 50 financial services division to national nonprofits, local businesses, and industry associations, every case study below follows the same structure: the challenge we walked into, the framework we applied, and the outcomes that followed.
Featured Case Studies
Five organizations. Five different challenges.
Media partnerships, technology infrastructure, website rebuilds, brand transformations, and enterprise content strategy — read exactly how the framework applied for each.

Western Governors University
The Challenge
WGU wanted its regional leadership recognized as the authoritative voice on the Southeast’s AI-driven workforce shift — not through paid placements, but through credible, independent journalism that would outlast a single event.
Framework Applied
Atlanta Tech Media Group built a sustained editorial program around WGU’s own workforce data: a pre-event scene-setter, a five-part flagship series, live panel reporting, and an exclusive executive interview — distributed across the newsletter, site, and social, then repackaged into a publisher-led LinkedIn series.
Outcomes
Eight original, journalist-bylined articles ran across all four distribution channels, positioning WGU’s executives by name as the voice of Southeast workforce strategy — with a permanent, search-indexed record that keeps working long after the event ended.

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation
The Challenge
CBCF needed a single, trusted technology partner who could operate across web and server management, a digital archive, data visualization for policy research, a conference mobile app, and live event production — while its team focused on programming the Annual Legislative Conference.
Framework Applied
MyMobileLyfe embedded as CBCF’s ongoing digital team: managing cbcfinc.org and its servers, developing the Avoice digital library, building data visualizations including an Executive Order Tracker, developing the ALC mobile app, producing the ALC Podcast Studio, and running programmatic ad campaigns for ALC ’16 registrations and tickets.
Outcomes
The Executive Order Tracker has been viewed tens of thousands of times. ALC ’16 met its registration sales goals and every ticketed event sold out — including the awards dinner featuring President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. MyMobileLyfe remains CBCF’s continuous technology partner today.

NorthPoint Executive Suites
The Challenge
NorthPoint needed its digital presence to keep pace with a growing local market — starting with a site plagued by security issues, missing content, and poor mobile support, and later needing a modern rebuild with real content management and a safe SEO migration path.
Framework Applied
MyMobileLyfe delivered multiple redesigns over the relationship, most recently using an AI-powered web builder with a blog CMS, Supabase-backed content storage, domain connection, a GitHub workflow for multiple contributors, and full SEO redirects.
Outcomes
NorthPoint has a secure, mobile-optimized, lead-generating site with a content system its team can manage directly, persistent structured storage, and zero broken links after migration — preserving years of earned SEO equity.

NAMIC NEXT
The Challenge
NAMIC NEXT needed a website that could keep pace with multiple rounds of growth, a full rebrand across branding, logos, and domain, a clear read on its AI readiness, and a dedicated space for its annual event.
Framework Applied
MyMobileLyfe delivered the last several NAMIC NEXT website redesigns, executed the full rebrand and domain migration to namicnext.com, ran AI readiness assessments using our One-Click AI application, and built a dedicated annual event microsite with live session and speaker listings.
Outcomes
NAMIC NEXT’s rebrand landed cleanly across its site and new domain, leadership gained a clear read on organizational AI readiness, and the annual event now has a dedicated, easy-to-update home for attendees.

IBM Global Financing
The Challenge
IGF needed to reach the CFOs most likely to use its financing services across content, search, and social — with existing pages that weren’t optimized for real buyer search terms and a social presence that needed a stronger, more consistent voice.
Framework Applied
MyMobileLyfe built a newsroom-inspired content operation, rewrote key IGF pages for SEO around real search phrases, and coached IGF’s editors and executives on social best practices for Twitter and LinkedIn, with messaging tailored to CFOs.
Outcomes
IGF gained a repeatable, editorially rigorous content operation shared across IBM’s global network, stronger SEO foundations on key pages, and a more consistent, engaging voice on social media.
