Role Overview

MyMobileLyfe is preparing to launch One-Click AI, a virtual Chief AI Officer (CAIO) platform designed to help AI consultants and small businesses bridge the gap between AI strategy and implementation. We’re seeking an AI Solutions Project Manager to coordinate client-facing projects, pre-sales solution design, and early-stage onboarding during this critical launch phase. This is a hands-on contract role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, startup-style environments and can balance structure with creativity. You’ll translate business discussions into project scopes, organize deliverables between our development partner and clients, and help establish repeatable systems that set the foundation for growth.

Core Mission

Ensure a seamless flow from prospect → signed client → successful delivery by bridging communication between business development, clients, and the technical implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support (≈ 40%)

  • Attend discovery calls with potential clients and AI consultants.
  • Document client objectives, requirements, and key pain points.
  • Translate findings into concise “Solution Outlines” including effort estimates and next steps.
  • Collaborate with the Biz Dev Manager and CEO to refine proposals and pricing accuracy.
  • Maintain a simple dashboard linking the sales pipeline to project capacity and timelines.

Project Management & Client Coordination (≈ 40%)

  • Develop and manage project workspaces (ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable).
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables stay on track.
  • Lead kickoff meetings, progress updates, and close-out sessions.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverable deadlines.
  • Build out and document standard workflows to streamline onboarding for future clients and PMs.

Reporting & Optimization (≈ 20%)

  • Provide weekly summaries of project progress, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Recommend opportunities to integrate or automate workflows using AI tools.

Tools & Tech Environment

  • Project management tools: ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable
  • Communication: Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack
  • Automation & marketing tools: Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, Zapier (basic familiarity)
  • AI tools: ChatGPT, HeyGen, Gamma, Canva, or similar

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects or accounts in digital marketing, SaaS, or consulting environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into deliverable project scopes.
  • Strong communicator capable of working with executives, clients, and developers.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple short-term client engagements.
  • Curious about AI and comfortable using modern AI tools in daily workflows.

Key Performance Indicators

  • 100% of discovery calls documented with clear scopes and next steps.
  • 90% of projects delivered on time and within defined scope.
  • Positive satisfaction ratings from both clients and development partners.
  • Delivery of documented workflows for future internal scaling.

Compensation

  • Negotiable per hour rate (depending on experience and workload)
  • Paid monthly via invoice
  • Potential performance bonus upon completion of contract milestones
